About Us
VioVet Ltd was founded in 2006 by Luke Cousins, the then 16-year-old son of a successful St Albans-based vet and veterinary nurse. Since then VioVet Ltd has grown tremendously and is now one of the UK's largest and most trusted veterinary supplies retailers, outgrowing three warehouses before moving to Bedford in 2024.
Now VioVet is owned by Pinnacle Pet Group, based in the UK. The company now employs over 100 staff members and distributes to thousands of pet owners each month, including many international customers. VioVet Ltd offers a variety of pet and horse supplies, including prescription and non-prescription medications, food, toys and equipment, as well as stocking many of the leading market brands.

- Deliveries are made by either Royal Mail, DPD, DX or UPS, and occasionally delays can occur that are beyond our control.
- Please note that if you select a next-day delivery option, this is next-day from the day of dispatch. You will be informed of the date of dispatch via email along with any tracking information (where applicable).
- Prices quoted are for delivery to all parts of mainland UK except certain Scottish postcodes (where the price is higher for items sent via a courier e.g. foods). Delivery of heavy items abroad (including Channel Islands, N. Ireland and other islands around the UK) are charged at a higher price and free delivery is not available.
