• Phones that have been returned to us for a fault covered under the warranty but arrive back to us with a self inflicted damaged screen or camera lens will void the warranty and will be sent back to the customer. Any unauthorised attempts to repair the device will result in voiding the warranty.

• After 30 days, we offer a repair to all customers; If a handset is returned for a repair but is deemed as uneconomical to repair, a replacement handset will be issued.

• Battery related issues that occur are only covered for 3 months of the warranty period.
