At baham_books New Items are in mint condition, normally sourced directly from publishers. We ship them in robust packaging in order to prevent damage before they reach customers.

Returning an item should be a hassle free process and it is with us. If you are not happy with your item for any reason within 30 days of purchasing it, just let us know and you may return it. If the reason for return is a defect or problem for our side, we will pay return shipping. If the reason for return is something else, we are happy to refund the cost of the item when we receive it but we would ask that the customer pay the return shipping cost. If an item is sent back by a customer, then we cannot be held liable for the item until it reaches us and will not be able to offer any compensation in case of loss.

To return an item, simply drop us an email and we will get the returns process moving. All returns are normally processed within 7 days of being received.
