Standard VAT & Margin VAT Scheme Explained:

• The Standard VAT scheme is charged at 20%, where the eligible VAT registered UK business may be able to claim this back. EU Customers: we're unable to zero VAT.
• The VAT Margin Scheme is frequently used for second-hand/refurbished goods - where the price you see includes the VAT, but the VAT cannot be claimed back nor displayed separately on the invoice.

How does the VAT Margin Scheme affect you?

If you’re a consumer buying for personal use, then it doesn’t affect you at all. The price you see is the price you pay. However, if you're VAT registered businesses (or other such organisation that could normally claim back the VAT on eligible purchases), then you will not be able to claim back the VAT on the goods sold on the VAT margin scheme.

Delivery

-Getting your item to you quickly and safely is important to us, so we only use premium courier services. Order by 11am on working-days to receive your order the next day, delivered by DPD.
-Enter your mobile at the checkout to receive tracking updates (optional).
-The delivery will be during the weekdays only. Orders placed on Friday/ around a Bank Holiday will arrive early next week. Where the Next Day Service is unavailable ( e.g. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands), we'll use a 2-3 days service. Have a non-standard UK address? (e.g. Armed Forces) Simply contact us if additional postal instruction may be needed.

Returns

-Within the first 30 days, you may return your order for a repair or refund. Refund option will not be available after the 30 days (unless the repair/replacement is not available). You are responsible for removing any data on your device.
-As the buyer, you are also responsible for making sure that your item is returned to us in the same condition as it was received. If your item is damaged, we reserve the right to depreciate the value of the item proportionately.

Our EU/international shipping is fufilled by eBay Global Shipping Programme (GSP).

• We use the same 24-hour service to send the parcel to eBay for processing, who then sends the parcel out to you. GSP protects the item against damage in international transit.
• If you are an EU buyer: we typically automatically swap the UK plug cable for the EU cable.

This item includes at least 3-months warranty with us, starting from the date of delivery.

-Our technicians will provide support within our warranty period for hardware only. Simply contact us. If the initial remote diagnostics shows the need, we may request for you to get the item to us for servicing (within 30 days, repair/replace, or refund available); after the initial 30 days, a refund will only be arranged if repair or replacement is not possible. This does not include software support nor is accidental/liquid damage covered. Backing up your data is your responsibility. Your device will be reset during the repair (your data will be lost). We do not offer any data recovery service. After the initial 30 days, the onus of the postage cost is with the buyer.

-This does not apply to cosmetic wear due to use, nor existing issue(s) already noted in the original listing, nor does it cover any consumable part (e.g. the battery). During the service, if damage due to misuse is found, e.g. liquid damage /drops, cracked screen, etc, then the cover will be voided (set out fully in the "additional return policy details" below).

-Our RTB warranty is separate to any remaining manufacturer's warranty. To be clear, any remaining manufacturer's warranty is not considered a part of this listing's offer, and should be considered as bonus only, should you aim to use it, as such we stand by our own RTB limited hardware cover only, as a part of this listing. For specific warranty details on this item, check the description above.

-We do not guarantee that the device's battery life will reach the manufacturer's estimate - as it varies significantly with settings, usage & other factors. The charger & battery included with laptops will have a 30 days warranty with us only.

-In the case of Dell, we cannot transfer ownership
