We are eModels the professional online retailer and Model Hobby Store.

Our staff are highly experienced and knowledgeable in the field of model and hobby products and they are tasked to provide you, the customer, with the best possible service.

This means we hope to understand our customers and just as importantly we know about and use our own products.

Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the Seller notifying the Buyer that the Goods are available for collection at the Seller's premises or for delivery to such place and on such terms as agreed between the Seller and the Buyer at the time the order is placed.

All Goods, wherever possible, will be delivered within 1-2 working days of the order being placed and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. On occasions delivery may take longer than the anticipated delivery time, the Seller cannot be held responsible for any costs as a result of late delivery.

The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date stated for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Some Goods may not be in stock at the time the order is placed. In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver the Goods within the time specified in Clause 4.2, the Seller will contact the Buyer to advise of the situation and the Buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund or agree a later delivery date.

Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.

Orders sent out excluding Royal Mail First and Second Class will require a signature, to improve the service we offer to our customers we send larger items by DPD, which is fully trackable.

When you place an order to purchase a product from eModels.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
