Set 10264 Corner Garage is a 2,569 piece Creator Expert exclusive set with 6 minifigs released in 2019. It is the fourteenth modular building and fifth corner building, released in January 2019. However, the set was moved from Modular Buildings under Advanced Models to Creator Export and was the first of the Modular Buildings to do so. It resembles that of a 1950s-style American building where its bottom floor is made up of the garage, the middle floor has a veterinarian's office, and the top floor is an apartment with roof access.
