10190 Market Street was a 1,248 piece Factory exclusive set with 3 minifigs released in 2007. Although it is branded as a Factory set by LEGO we also consider this to be part of the Creator Expert theme of Modular Building sets. The same set was also given away to participants as part of the 2007 LEGO Inside Tour.
