This new book covers the canteen movement from 1890's to the present day. It’s filled with personal stories from NAAFI people about the places and the part they played serving the services.

The book goes through each decade of service in chronological order, beginning with the formation of NAAFI and ending at present day. It includes over 500 stories and is the first book to cover the work and achievements of NAAFI through each decade in this detail.

Stories include NAAFI in all its forms - NCS, EFI, and NAAFI Entertainments branch and even the formation on the NCS EFI OCA now NCS EFI Association as well as stories from many areas NAAFI deployed to in its distant past.
