For the vast majority of orders delivery is free. On rare instances there may be a surcharge - for example, if you live offshore. The available delivery options and times are detailed at the top of this page and before you place your order.
Your goods will arrive within 2-3 working days or 1 working day if you chose Next Day at checkout.
Larger TV's (60" and above or over 30KG) can take up to 7 working days depending on your location in the UK, our specialised 2-Man Delivery team will contact you to schedule your delivery. When it arrives it will be brought into the downstairs room of your choice.
Please note that orders received after our cutoff Monday to Friday may not be processed until the following working day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
We'll keep you updated throughout your order progress so you'll know exactly when your goods will arrive. Your tracking details will be provided once your goods are dispatched.

No, unfortunately we can only ship within the UK. Orders placed using eBay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP) are done so at your own risk. Please be advised that once goods are delivered to eBay’s distribution centres we are no longer responsible for its onward journey to you.
If you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as you notify us within 14 days from the date of receipt. You have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.
The goods must be in ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used, installed or have had any data inputted. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them., however, you are entitled to inspect the goods to assess whether they are fit for purpose.
* Working days means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. You need to return the goods, or have contacted us within the 14 working day period.
It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible.
You always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of delivery. Should a fault occur within 30 days of delivery we will cover the cost of collecting and replacing/refunding the faulty product. For a refund or exchange, the product must be in otherwise ''as new'' condition, complete with any accessories and free gifts offered and where applicable, with the original box and packaging.
If the fault occurs after 30 days of delivery, but within the guarantee period, we will offer you a prompt repair service*. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the product to us. To take advantage of our low carrier rates, we are happy to arrange a collection for you at your cost. Once the repair has been completed, we will cover the cost of returning it to you. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product to verify the fault.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
*Often repairs will be carried out by the manufacturers’ own service teams with whom we have arrangements in place to ensure your product is repaired by skilled and qualified engineers.
