Postage Policy

•       We endeavor to dispatch all orders placed within 1 working day.

•       Please note that we do not work on weekends or bank holidays, and courier companies do not collect or deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

•       Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am - 5:30pm. Orders placed after 10am on Friday will be dispatched from our premises on the following Monday.

•       Our default shipping courier is royal mail, but some orders may need to be diverted to other carriers, for different reasons such as due to size/weight/product restrictions or for any technical reason.

•       Please note that we can only dispatch to the address you provide as the delivery address on your PayPal payment. We are unable to accept change of addresses over email. But PayPal does allow you to change your delivery address when making payment.

•       In case of undelivered parcel returned to us, indicating not called for or due to UN- identified address/ wrong address, we will issue refund of the product only and postage cost will not be refunded as it’s already paid by the company while sending the item as well as we will be charged by courier for returning it back to our warehouse. In free p&p  items, we will deduct 20% from total price to cover postage & packaging charges. If you  still want the item to be re-sent you need to place new order or must pay the applicable postage charges via PayPal.

Payment MUST BE MADE within 7 business days after the end of the auction , otherwise we reserve the right of cancel the order and re-selling the item.

Return Policy

Goods have to be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds will only be given if the goods are returned in the original condition and unopened.

It is the customers responsibility that the goods are returned at their own cost and arrive to us in one piece.

There is a 10% re-stocking charge of the price of the item.

Postage costs for the items will not be refunded at all.

Please print your name, address & the eBay item no. Clearly, when sending Payments or returns.
